Want to track my intuitive intake for today… Haven’t been counting calories for a few weeks now so we’ll see…
Breakfast - homemade muesli with berries and yoghurt and rooibos tea
Snack - beetroot hummus and wholegrain rice crackers
Lunch - Green juice (apple, pineapple, kiwifruit and spinach) and spicy thai pumpkin soup (made with celery for extra greenery!).
Snack - 3 things of licorice.
Dinner - omelet with tomato and parmesan and a slice of sandwich vogels with 100% Nutz chocolate peanut butter.
I’m finding I don’t crave sweet things now that I’m juicing - I guess my body is getting the nutrients it needs so I don’t get those annoying cravings. Yay!
